Marketing Manager (Mobile Communications), Bucharest (Romania)

As part of the start-up team of our client, you will market, develop and promote one of the most exciting brand introductions in Romania next year. The project

    Our client is a fast-growing company in the area of mobile communications and is building a commercial and marketing team in order to support the launch of a global brand targeting the Romanian consumer, and especially the younger segment of consumers.

    Therefore we are currently looking for an experienced, creative, out of the box thinking Marketing Manager or Brand Manager with the knowledge of launching a brand new product or service on the national level.

    You will be responsible to assist in developing this project through the development and implementation of strategies related to marketing and communications.

    Responsibilities

    Marketing planning and budgeting.
    Brand building, brand strategy and brand communication.
    Drive the marketing and communication strategy on the national level.
    Preparing 360 communication plans using all communication tools (ATL, BTL, event communication, sponsoring, trade marketing), planning all materials on campaigns and projects. Implementation of centrally produced marketing campaigns, local ATL branding.
    Collaborate with the brand marketing, digital and commercial teams to create effective digital campaigns.
    Cooperation with media, advertising and PR agencies.
    Develop trade marketing plan and manage trade marketing implementation.
    Plan and execute all digital advertising including SEM, social networks and display campaigns for the brand (retail marketing).
    Maintaining relationships with media, journalists, bloggers and influencers.

    Key qualifications

    University graduate, preferably with specialization on marketing.
    Fluent Romanian and fluent English (verbal and written).
    Relevant professional experience of at least five years in brand management or marketing management in a multinational company in Romania with the responsibility on an international brand (food and beverage, tobacco, cosmetics etc …).
